All of Proteqme’s products come with support for the entirety of the plan duration and full updates for your Product Package. 

If you choose to not extend your plan, you will still be able to submit bug reports via email or item comments and still have access to our online documentation knowledge base.

We have an advanced team to handle your requests. Support is limited to questions regarding the theme’s features or issues that are related to the theme.

We provide installation services at a minor additional charge.

Customizations for our products are available, at an additional cost, reach out to us here.


How To Start Receiving Support

  1. Log into your account on our website
  2. Follow this link.
  3. If you are not logged in, log into your account or sign up to create a new account.
  4. Once logged in, go to the ‘Support Tickets’ tab on the left menu.
  5. Type in your query and the additional information.
  6. Our Support team will respond and resolve your query at the earliest!

Note: Support can only be provided for products purchased from our official website.
